Event Sponsorship/Advertising Information  M9 Event Information Dubbed the "M Event" by many who attend, the Michigan GM Event is a favorite for General Motors vehicles owners from not only Michigan, but from all over the country.  We have an average of 125-150+ GM cars in attendance and this number is getting larger each year.  Some consider the event that "last blast" of the season because many put their cars away for the harsh Michigan winter after this event. With awesome track and weather conditions, trophies and CASH PAYOUTS for the event winners, great raffle prizes and more...everyone has a good time and comes back again the following year, sometimes bringing a new attendee. M9 starts with Test and Tune at 4:00 PM.  At approximately 8:00 PM, we will begin bracket eliminations (12.49 and faster/12.50 and slower) and the Quick 16 race.  See the Schedule page for more details.  All track safety rules must be followed.  A tech inspector will be supplied, so be prepared to meet standard NHRA rules. Bring some warm clothes, sometimes the cold Michigan weather shows up early in September and makes for shivering at the track, but also makes for some of the best ETs people get all year!
